MLGA and donors have allocated 10.5 million for the projects in municipalities;
65 agreements have been signed with municipalities.
In order to be as transparent and cooperative as possible, the procurement and the execution of the procedures for these projects have been entrusted to the Municipalities.
The moment that the projects are implemented on the field by the Municipalities, MLGA makes the payments and at the same time also spends the budget.
