The outgoing Minister of the Ministry of Local Government Administration Adrijana Hodzić handed over the duty to newly appointed Minister of Local Government Administration Emilija Redžepi.
On that occasion, full acceptance of the administration of this Ministry has been submitted, which contains:
- Regulation (GRK) No.04 / 2019 on Internal Organization and Systematization of Job Positions of the Ministry of Local Government Administration;
- Strategy of Local Self-government 2016-2026;
- A collection of all laws on local government: Law no. 03 / L-040 on Local Self-government; Law No.03 / L-041 on Municipal Administrative Boundaries; Law No. 04 / L-010 on Inter-municipal Cooperation; Law No.03 / L-049 on Local Government Finances; Law No. 06 / L-012 on Capital City of the Republic of Kosovo; Law No. 06 / L-092 on Allocation for Use and Exchange of Immovable Municipal Property and Law No. 03 / L-072 on local elections;
- MLGA Work Report for 2019;
- MLGA Financial Report;
- The Ministry’s budget proposal for 2020;
- MLGA’s Work Plan for 2020, and
- The list of MLGA staff.
Minister Hodzić has congratulated the newly appointed Minister Redžepi on her election and wished her luck and success.
At the same time, the outgoing Minister Hodzić thanked the MLGA staff for the good cooperation and presented to the newly appointed Minister the ongoing activities, as well as the future plans.
