On the 2nd day of the Workshop have been presented two administrative instructions: the AI for municipal transparency and AI for the operation of Citizen’s Service Centers.
The working groups haven provided their professional comments with the aim of amending and supplementing these Administrative Instructions.
The Workshop was organized by MLGA and supported by SDC/DEMOS.
