The Ministry of Local Government Administration in cooperation with OSCE has organised the second meeting with legal and European integration officers in the region of Prishtina and Mitrovica in order to discuss about the profiles of municipalities, manual on the management of municipal property, as well as coordination policies between the MLGA and municipalities.
This meeting was attended by European integration officers and legal officers of the municipality of Prishtinë/Priština, Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje, Podujevë/Podujevo, Graçanicë/Gračanica, Mitrovicë/Mitrovica, Mitrovicë Veriore/Severna Mitrovica, Vushtrri/Vučitrn, Drenas/Glogovac, Skenderaj, Podujevë/Podujevo, Obiliq/Obilić, Lipljan/Lipljane and Novobërdë/Novo Brdo.
Among the main issues discussed at the meeting with municipal officials were the profiles of municipalities, manual on property management, documents prepared by MLGA that will be published at the beginning of next year as well as coordination of policies between the MLGA and municipalities.
The municipal officers have also discussed about the difficulties they face in the field of property management. The representatives of the MLGA have stressed out that manual on property management is intended to assist municipalities in issues relating to property management.
