The meeting aimed reviewing the state of the Ministry of Local Government Administration in the implementation of the Law on Civil Service in the Republic of Kosova.
In this case, Deputy Prime Minister Petrovic has informed Parliamentary Commission about the implementation process of the Law on Civil Service, saying that the Ministry of Local Government Administration has established two working groups in order to implement obligations arising from the Regulations on Standards of Internal Organization, Systematization of job places, as well as the Regulation on Classification of jobs in the Public Administration:
: Working Group for drafting of Draft-Regulation for internal organization and systematization of jobs in MLGA ,as well as Working Group on Classification of civil service jobs of the MLGA.
“Ministry of Local Government Administration after sending the draft- regulation has received some remarks and suggestions from the Ministry of Public Administration, which are addressed in detail by the Director of the Department of Administration Reform in MPA, with the purpose their incorporation and finalization of the draft regulation on the Internal Organization and Systematization of Jobs in MLGA, as it is provided by the applicable law. This draft regulation is already sent to MPA, on 16 of October 2012 and we are waiting the response with purpose of sending and classification of job places, which also are finalized in accordance with the Regulation on the classification of job places, "- emphasized Deputy Prime Minister, Petrovic.
In this meeting was emphasized also the aim of the implementation of obligations arising from the Action Plan for the implementation of the Municipal Administration Reform, all acts of appointment related to the implementation of legislation on the civil service are already finalized for all civil servants in this Ministry.
