Dear, Deputy Prime Minister

Allow me to thank you for the friendly meeting and welcome that you reserved for me, during my official visit in Kosovo.
 

I am convinced that the relation between Serbians and Albanians are essential on building a new life in Kosovo, also to integrate our region in the European and Euro Atlantic structures.
 

Completion of the Supervised Independency will open a new chapter, on the functioning  of the Republic of Kosovo, a complete Sovran state, where the rights of the communities will be guarantee, including the Serbian communities.
 

Allow me to insure you, that the Republic of Kosovo, also in the future will find a loyal partner in Albania, supporter of the principals of coexistence and tolerance, in order to build a democratic and multiethnic society.  

I would like to say that I look forward to continuo our discussion in Tirana, and in this case, I have the pleasure to invite you for an official visit in Albania, whenever it is appropriate time for you.
