During the meeting held today, between the Minister of the Ministry of Local Government Administration, Mr. Elbert Krasniqi and the Minister of the Ministry of Justice Mrs. Albulena Haxhiu, were discussed issues of cooperation and coordination and joint activities of the Ministries.
Special emphasis was given to the discussion about the cases initiated by the competent Court, in which the Ministry of Local Government Administration is represented by the State Advocacy, which operates within the Ministry of Justice. These cases aim to deal with harmonization of acts of Municipalities based on the legislation in force, according to the requirements and recommendations of the Ministry of Local Government Administration.
The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, offered her full cooperation to the Ministry of Local Government Administration, in terms of coordination and cooperation through the State Advocacy in relation to the above issue, as well as other joint activities.
