As part of the coordination meeting, the Minister of Local Government Administration Elbert Krasniqi hosted the coordination meeting, where Prime Minister Kurti, Minister Murati, Deputy Minister Mjeku and Mayors of the Republic of Kosovo participated.
The focus of the meeting was the discussion about the cooperation between the central and local level. Also, other topics that were discussed in the meeting were:
- Legal reforms at local level;
- Local economic development;
- Green agenda;
- Digitalization of municipal services;
- National strategy for management and control of dogs with and without owner.
This meeting had an important role in strengthening the relationship between the central and local level, while highlighting the fact that MLGA will continue to support municipalities in order to increase local economic development and provide better quality services to citizens.
