The Minister of Local Government Administration, Elbert Krasniqi, together with the Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, participated in the meeting with the Municipal Offices for Communities and Returns, organized by the Office of the Third Deputy Prime Minister for Minority Affairs and Cooperation.
The meeting discussed the role of institutions in the implementation of community rights, challenges at the local level and the importance of strengthening coordination between the central and local levels.
During his speech, Minister Krasniqi emphasized the importance of supporting municipalities through the budget lines of the Ministry of Local Government Administration, with a focus on concrete projects that directly impact the improvement of citizens’ living conditions.
Minister Krasniqi also emphasized that cooperation with municipalities and Municipal Offices for Communities and Returns is essential for identifying needs on the ground and addressing them efficiently.
MLGA will continue to support municipalities and invest in projects that improve the lives of citizens and ensure equal access to services and opportunities.
