Minister of Local Government Administration, Elbert Krasniqi received in a meeting the Director of NDI for Central and South Europe programs Mr. Robert Benjamin and the Director of NDI for Kosovo, Nancy Soderberg.
During this meeting it was discussed about local economic development, legal initiatives, MLGA programs, while focusing on marginalized groups and communities, as well as strengthening gender equality at local level.
Minister Krasniqi also emphasized other issues which lead to future cooperation between MLGA and NDI. Additionally, he thanked Mr. Benjamin for continuous support provided by NDI for the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
On the other hand, Mr. Benjamin thanked Minister Krasniqi for the hospitality and expressed its willingness to continue to support MLGA at local level, while focusing on initiatives which support the marginalized groups and democracy at local level.
