The Ministry of Local Government Administration (MLGA), after the successful completion of the public consultation process, has adopted the Internal Regulation on Personal Data Protection.
The drafting and adoption of this regulation is an obligation arising from the legislation in force on the protection of personal data.
The purpose of this regulation is to define the organizational and technical procedures for the processing of personal data of employees in the MLGA.
The adoption of this regulation demonstrates the commitment of the MLGA to implementing legal obligations, protecting personal data, strengthening information security, institutional transparency and respecting the privacy of officials and citizens.
