Ministry of Local Government Administration has continued a series of meetings during this week. On 25 February 2015, was conducted a meeting in the municipality of Shtime/Stimlje. Ministry of Local Government Administration has continued a series of meetings during this week. On 25 February 2015, was conducted a meeting in the municipality of Shtime/Stimlje. Team of MLGA, led by Rozafa Ukimeraj, Head of the Department of European Integration and Policy Coordination was hosted by the Mayor of Municipality, Mr. Naim Ismaili and directors of the respective Departments.
At the joint meeting were presented findings from ESAP report, of the Municipalities for 2014, and were discussed issues that address the challenges of the progress report as well as the individual plan for the municipality of Stimlje, where are included obligations of the municipality from the European agenda.
Mr. Naim Ismaili, Mayor of municipality of Shtime/Stimlje, confirmed the commitment of the municipality of Shtime/Stimlje to perform the tasks of this process and also in the capacity of the President of the Association of Municipalities, on behalf of Mayors of Municipalities, confirmed the readiness to fulfill the obligations of the European agenda.
This meeting was foreseen within the framework of the implementation of a series of visits to municipalities, where the purpose of the meeting was to coordinate joint activities to meet obligations of the European agenda, in order to address the all obligations of the European agenda that are included in within the Action Plan for the Stabilization and Association Process (ESAP).
MLGA and the representatives of the municipality of Shtime/Stimlje have agreed to finalize the action plan for SAA and are pledged to give the common contribution, to meet the list of tasks even from the stabilization and association process and obligations of the dialogue of visa liberalization.
