The first meeting of the inter-ministerial working group of the Ministry of Local Government Administration is held in order to draft the legal framework reform for amending – supplementing the Law on Local Self-government No. 03/L-040. The reform on Local Self-government is considered necessary for the realization of the objectives of the Ministry of Local Government Administration.
