General Secretary of the Ministry of Local Government Administration Mrs. Rozafa Ukimeraj, hosted today in a meeting the Consul in the Consulate of Kosovo in the state of Iowa Mr. Xhavit Gashi to discuss about the initiatives and the agreements for international municipal cooperation between municipalities of Kosovo and cities of Iowa.
During the meeting the Secretary Ukimeraj and Mr. Gashi discussed about new MLGA initiatives for expanding the international municipal cooperation between municipalities of Kosovo and cities in the state of Iowa and the progress achieved in regards to initiatives for international municipal cooperation, which are realized between municipalities: Prishtine-– City of Des Moines (Lowa States), Gjilan – Sioux City (Iowa States), Vushtrri- City of Norwalk (Iowa States), Peje- Johnston (Iowa States) and Gjakove-Fort Dodge.
