MLGA has also held informational session in cooperation with the Regional Development Agency-East with municipal officials of the municipality of Gjilan/Gnjilane, Ferizaj/Uroševac, Shtërpcë/Štrpce, Viti/Vitina, Novobërdë/Novo Brdo, Kamenicë/Kamenica, Hani i Elezit/Elez Han, Kaçanik/Kačanik, Ranilukë/Ranilug, Kllokot/Klokot and Partesh/Parteš.
The overall objective of this fund is to support the economic recovery, job creation and development of human resources.
Priority of this fund is to enable municipalities to further develop their leadership role in improving economic development through projects that contribute to one or more priorities listed in Local Economic Development Strategies, so the main criteria to apply for this fund is for municipalities to come up with joint projects and establish partnerships in order to have a balanced economic development where all may benefit.
