With the invitation of the Association of Kosovo Municipalities and the Chairperson of the Collegium of Legal Officers, MLGA representative from the Legal Department and Monitoring of Municipalities, Ms. Flutura Hoxha, has participated in the meeting organized by the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, with the support of OSCE, where the Ministry of Justice was invited.
The purpose of this meeting was for the Director of Ministry of Justice Legal Department to make an interpretation of the legal norms of the Law on Minor Offenses and the Law on State Attorney for Municipal Legal Officers, which addressed many questions, comments and suggestions for this law and legal obligations. The MLGA representative has informed the participants that MLGA has addressed on time the explanatory notes to the municipalities, the legal obligations arising from this law and the harmonization of the municipal regulations for tariffs and fines.
