The Deputy General Secretary of the MLG and the Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination participated in the meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee for the Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA).
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the realization of IPA funds in Kosovo, meeting the preconditions for budget support, programming of IPA III funds that has already begun and other possible issues based on EU’s point of interest.
The Ministry of Local Government is responsible for the cross-border cooperation of the Kosovo-Montenegro, Kosovo-Macedonia and Kosovo-Albania Program. MLG is in the process of IPA III programming in the framework of cross-border cooperation and municipal performance grant.
