Organized by the Ministry of Local Government Administration in cooperation with the Association of Municipalities of Kosovo and with financial support of OSCE, public consultation were held with the Legal Officers of the municipalities of Republic of Kosovo. Ms.Flutura chaired the meeting. Flutura Hoxha Head Division for Development and Harmonisation of Legislation, informed the participants that this Division has developed two project administrative instructions, according to the working plan and the Ministries legal Agenda, mandatory committees and organizing meetings. She emphasized that the the drafting of these acts is intended to support the municipalities in the implementation of secondary legislation and on facilitating their work in practice. and to regulate the functioning of the municipal permanently committees as required by the Law on Local Self Government Nr.03/L-040. In the second part of the meeting Xhevat Tafa present draft project Administrative Instruction for organizing the Municipal Assemblies.
