Ms. Teuta Fazliu upon receiving the title among 21 ladies of different profiles from different countries from Albanian Excellence “The Lady that makes Albania”, today is welcomed and congratulated by the colleagues of the Ministry of Local Government Administration.
This title comes as a result of the story, life journey and social contribution of Mrs. Fazliu over the years.
