The Ministry of Local Government Administration, on March 15, 2018, has held the first meeting of the Working Group on amending and supplementing the Administrative Instruction on the organization and functioning of Citizen Service Centers in Municipalities.
The meeting was opened by Ms. Flutura Hoxha, Head of Division for Development and Harmonization of Legislation in MLGA, in the capacity of chairman of the Working Group, informing members that this Instruction is on the Legislative Agenda for 2018,
and pointed out that changes in primary and secondary legislation as well as changes in the intranet platform that have been made after the entry into force of this Instruction have determined the need to review this legal basis, which is in force from 2011; in the meeting was discussed with the members of working group for the steps to be taken during the process of supplementing this Administrative Instruction.
