The Ministry of Local Government Administration held the first meeting for 2017 of the internal working group for assessment of the needs for capacity building. The meeting was organized by the Department of Municipal Performance and Transparency, namely the Division for Capacity Building in municipalities. Part of this meeting besides the officials of the Ministry of Local Government Administration, were also representatives of UNDP, as the supporters of this process.
In this meeting were discussed the problems and challenges of the process of capacity building needs assessment. In the framework the discussions were given instructions to improve the questionnaire, which will serve as a mechanism for assessing the needs for capacity building.
The participants agreed to give their contribution in completing this questionnaire and forward their comments to the Capacity Building Division.
At the conclusion of the meeting, was decided that it is need to held more meetings of such level, and one will be held next week.
