Minister of Local Government Administration Adrijana Hodžić has signed Memorandums of Understanding with representatives of eleven municipalities for projects that will improve local infrastructure as well as inter-municipal cooperation. The honorary guest at the signing of the Memorandum was the Ambassador of Norway in Kosovo Per Strand Sjastad.
From the budgets of the ministries for the support of municipalities were located funds in the amount of 604,000.00 euros, which will contribute to the improvement of living conditions in each of them.
“These projects should impact each of the municipalities in order to become even better, more efficient and effective in providing services to citizens in the future. The Ministry of Local Government Administration will continue in the coming period as well to assist the municipalities and the citizens”, said Hodžić.
Municipalities that have signed Memorandums of Understanding with the ministry are Partesh, Mamusha, Zvecan, Zubin Potok, Ranillug, North Mitrovica, Leposavic, Podujeva, Gjakova, Kllokot and Vitia.
