The MLGA delegation conducted a joint meeting with representatives of “IOWA Sister States” to coordinate further actions in the process of implementing inter-municipal cooperation agreements.
Over the coming months, Kosovo welcomes delegations from several cities of Iowa for the purpose of designing concrete plans regarding the implementation of international municipal cooperation agreements between Kosovo Municipalities and IOWA cities.
On this occasion, MLGA confirmed the continuation of support for representatives of IOWA Sister States and Municipal representatives during their visit to Kosovo and simultaneously took over the continuation of inter-institutional coordination in sectoral areas to undertake concrete actions regarding cultural, educational, sports and other field’s exchanges.
At this meeting, the MLGA delegation was hosted by Teresa Parementer, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Heather Jones, Executive Director, and Todd Jacobus, Board Member.
