Within the visits to the municipalities of Kosovo regarding the created emergency public health situation by the Corona virus COVID-19, the Acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Mr. Albin Kurti accompanied by the Minister of MLGA, Mrs. Emilija Redžepi, paid the next visits to the municipalities of Mamusha and Rahovec, where they were hosted by the mayors of these municipalities as well as the emergency operational staff.
The Acting Prime Minister, Mr. Kurti and the Minister of MLGA, Mrs. Redžepi were closely informed by the mayor of municipality of Mamusha, Mr. Abdulhadi Krasnic, respectively the mayor of Rahovec, Mr. Smajl Latifi regarding the current situation, challenges and actions taken by these municipalities for the implementation of measures against the Corona virus, COVID – 19.
It was demanded to continue with the observance of protective and hygienic measures, maintaining social distance, cleaning and disinfecting spaces, especially markets as places where citizens carry out daily supplies, as well as staying at home.
The Acting Prime Minister of Kosova, Mr. Kurti and the Minister of MLGA, Mrs. Redžepi assured the mayor of Mamusha, Mr. Krasnic and the mayor of Rahovec, Mr. Latifi that the Government will continue to be close to the municipalities by providing the necessary assistance in order to overcome the situation and avoid socio-economic problems.
