The second day of the Regional Cross-Border Cooperation Forum of the Western Balkans countries is being held in Kosovo for the first time, on 14 and 15 November 2018.
During the second day of the Forum, representatives of participating countries from Albania, Montenegro, Serbia and Macedonia, as well as representatives from DG NEAR, are discussing the indirect management of CBC programs, under the IPA II funds.
The management implies the transfer of responsibilities for funding and contracting these funds from EU Delegations, to the state structures.
Kosovo in this forum is represented by MLGA officials in the role of the operational structure, which makes the implementation of these funds as well as representatives of MEI / NIPAC, who make the coordination and programming of IPA funds for Kosovo.
