Based on the Plan for visiting the Municipal for 2015, Ministry of Local Government Administration, on 19 March 2015 conducted the next visit in the municipality of Ferizaj and Vitia, in order to strengthening the cooperation and to have a better coordination for the joint activities, and to meet the obligations of the European agenda. A special emphasis of the visit was given the addressing of the obligations of the European agenda, obligations which are included within the Dialogue of SAP (DPSA), Action Plan for the Stabilisation and Association Process (APSAP), Progress Report and Roadmap Visa liberalization. 23 march 2015
Based on the Plan for visiting the Municipal for 2015, Ministry of Local Government Administration, on 19 March 2015 conducted the next visit in the municipality of Ferizaj and Vitia, in order to strengthening the cooperation and to have a better coordination for the joint activities, and to meet the obligations of the European agenda. A special emphasis of the visit was given the addressing of the obligations of the European agenda, obligations which are included within the Dialogue of SAP (DPSA), Action Plan for the Stabilisation and Association Process (APSAP), Progress Report and Roadmap Visa liberalization.
The first visit was conducted in the municipality of Ferizaj, where Mayor of Ferizaj Mr. Muharrem Svarqa, deputy mayor Mr. Xhavit Zariqi and directors of municipal departments have welcomed MALG team headed by Mr. Agron Mexhuani, Head of Legal Department and Monitoring of Municipalities, as well as officials from the Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination.
The second visit was conducted in Viti, where also in this meeting MLGA team was welcomed by the Deputy Mayor of Viti Mr. Hasan Ali and directors of municipal departments. In both meetings it was discussed about: Annual Report APSAP-in municipal and findings for the Municipality of Ferizaj and Viti for 2014 as well as the challenges of Progress Report for Kosovo (2014) and municipal obligations. Together with representatives of municipalities it was finalized Individual Action Plan for the SAA for the Municipality of Ferizaj and Viti.
During the meetings in the two municipalities, Mr. Agron Mexhuani, Head of Legal Department and Municipal Monitoring front of the participants presented and discussed a range of issues including the findings and recommendations from the annual report of municipalities APSAP-2014, the challenges of the progress report of the European Commission, the issue of property registration, legalization process, property tax, publication of municipal acts in the official website of the municipality and finally, together with representatives of the Municipality of Ferizaj and the Municipality of Viti, they identified the directories who are responsible for the implementation of the tasks, which derived from municipal actionplan for SAA 2015.
Senior officials of the Municipality of Ferizaj and Vitia and the representatives of MALG jointly agreed on the final version of the Municipal Plan for the SAA for 2015. Also, at the end of the meeting it was re-confirmed the continuation of the commitment and cooperation in order to fulfill the common obligations from the European agenda.
