The Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo and Minister of Local Government Administration, Mr. Slobodan Petrovic has received today in its cabinet the Ambassador of Albania in Kosovo. Mr. Islam Lauka. During this meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister Petrovic has informed Mr. Lauka about actual priorities that MLGA is working, such as decentralization process, local government reform, integration process and component of inter-municipal cooperation.
Deputy Prime Minister Petrovic has also said that Ministry of Local Government Administration is at the disposal of all municipalities of Kosovo and joint aim is the improvement of the welfare of citizens
“Government of Kosovo and Ministry that I lead wants to be a partner of all citizens of both north and south of Mitrovica” has said Deputy Prime Minister Petrovic.
In the press conference, the ambassador Lauka has said that Republic of Kosovo and Albania will continue cooperation in all fields of interest. The Ambassador has mentioned the component of cross-border cooperation, as one of the most important projects.

The Ambassador of Albania in Kosovo, Mr. Islam Lauka has invited the Deputy Prime Petrovic for a visit to the Republic of Albania to meet his homologue there.
