The Deputy Head of the Division for the Advancement of Human Rights in Municipalities Mrs. Luljeta Ibishi Ferizi and the Senior Officer for Enforcement of Legislation Mrs. Mimoza Bajraktari Boqolli of MLGA, participated in the conference “Leave no one behind – The importance of creating a legal identity and access to justice” on the occasion of marking the 60th anniversary of the 1961 Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness, organized by UNHCR in cooperation with the Ombudsperson Institution in Prishtina and the Civil Rights Program in Kosovo (CRPK).
In the event attended representatives from the central and local level, international organizations, civil society and unregistered persons to discuss the challenges in creating a legal identity. The Ombudsperson from Northern Macedonia was also part of the discussion through the online platform.
