MLGA, with the support of the OSCE, organized the presentation of the Annual Municipal Transparency Assessment Report for 2025, which presents the results of the monitoring of official municipal websites during the period January-December 2025.
During the meeting, achievements, challenges and recommendations for further advancing transparency at the local level were discussed, with a focus on increasing institutional accountability and improving citizens’ access to public information.
MLGA continues its commitment to promoting standards of institutional openness and strengthening the culture of transparent governance at the local level.

Through this report, MLGA reaffirms its institutional role in promoting more transparent, more open and closer to citizens municipalities, strengthening the culture of responsible governance and modern local administration.
