The Ministry of Local Government Administration in cooperation with the OSCE held a joint consultation with the Municipal Officers for European Integration.
The purpose of this meeting was to present the Annual Report on the fulfillment of Municipalities’ obligations from the European Agenda, to draft a comprehensive plan of municipalities with the obligations of the European Agenda for 2026, as well as to coordinate the joint activities.
During the meeting were also discussed the achievements of the municipalities regarding the report, the challenges in the reporting process, as well as the importance of inter-institutional coordination in the European integration process, with particular emphasis on strengthening cooperation between the central and local levels.
In conclusion, it was assessed that the fulfillment of the obligations from the European Agenda requires continuous commitment and joint planning, contributing to the progress of municipalities towards European integration.
