Representatives from the Ministry of Local Government Administration participated in a conference on “Institutional Cooperation Between Levels of Government,” organized by the OSCE.
The conference aimed to strengthen cooperation and communication between central and local-level institutions, enhance municipal capacities for drafting, reviewing, and implementing legal acts, and improve municipal budgeting.
Topics included inter-institutional cooperation and the monitoring of Municipal Assembly sessions by the MLGA. Furthermore, special attention was given to facilitating the exchange of experiences and best practices, as well as to capacity building and identifying the training needs of municipal officials.
Through discussions, practical sessions, and the exchange of experiences, the conference sought to foster constructive institutional relations and establish channels for continuous and sustainable cooperation.
