The Ministry of Local Government Administration (MLGA) has started carrying out visits to municipalities, with the aim of strengthening cooperation and supporting local institutions in meeting European standards. This time the visit was carried out in the Municipality of Obiliq.
At this meeting, the MLGA delegation, consisting of officials from the Division for European Integration, the Division for International Municipal Cooperation and the Division for Inter-Municipal Cooperation, were welcomed by the Head of the Cabinet of the Mayor of the Municipality of Obiliq and the Senior Officer for European Integration.
During the meeting, important topics related to the challenges and recommendations arising from the Annual Report on the Fulfillment of the Obligations of the European Agenda were discussed. This process aims to promote inter-municipal cooperation and advance European integration by addressing challenges and implementing concrete recommendations.
MLGA will continue with further visits to municipalities, providing institutional support and deepening cooperation to ensure the fulfillment of obligations arising from the European Agenda.
