Zëvendësministri i MAPL-së z. Bashkim Krasniqi theksoi se “gjatë vitit 2018 janë monitoruar organet komunale për të siguruar ligjshmërinë e proceseve vendimmarrëse në këtë nivel të qeverisjes. Gjatë procesit të shqyrtimit të ligjshmërisë janë konstatuar 107 akte të kundërligjshme, prej të cilave 65 nga MAPL dhe 42 nga ministritë e linjës. Si rrjedhojë komunat kanë rishqyrtuar dhe harmonizuar 71 akte, ndërsa 36 akte apo 1.7% akte mbeten të pa harmonizuara”.
