Projekti DEMOS, është përkrahësi kryesore në procesin e rishikimit të SMPShK-së, menaxheri i projektit DEMOS, z. Ertan Munoglu, theksoi se ky sistem është i rëndësisë së veçantë për komunat dhe të gjitha institucionet tjera qeveritare, joqeveritare si dhe qytetarët, sepse ofron pasqyrën e performancës komunale dhe mban nivelin e llogaridhënies në nivel më të lartë. Llogaridhënia synohet të rritet edhe më tej përmes angazhimit të ZAP në auditimin e performancës komunale. Sistemi është shumë i rëndësishëm edhe për komunitetin e donatorëve, të cilët çdo ditë e më shumë përdorin të dhënat e derivuara nga ky sistem për të alokuar mbështetjen e tyre financiare komunave të tyre partnere në relacion me performancën e tyre.

I pranishëm në punëtori ishte edhe përfaqësuesi i USAD-it (AKT), z. Agim Salihu, i cili shprehi falënderimin për ftesën e bërë për të qenë pjesë e këtij aktiviteti të rëndësishëm në procesin e përmirësimit të shërbimeve komunale.
