Dear journalists and media representatives,
The Ministry of Local Government Administration (MLGA), with the support of the European Union Office in Kosovo (EU), the Governments of Switzerland, Sweden and Norway, organizes the Municipal Performance Grant ceremony, which will be held on March 2, 2023, at the Hall of former Rilindja building, from 14:00, in Pristina.
The Performance Grant is a scheme designed to support Kosovo municipalities with grants based on their best performance which is measured through certain indicators.
The Minister of Local Government Administration, Elbert Krasniqi, the Head of the Cooperation Section at the EU Office in Kosovo H.E. Johannes Madsen, and the Ambassador of Switzerland in Kosovo, H.E. Thomas Kolly, and the Ambassador of Sweden in Kosovo H.E. Jonas Westerlund will be present, thus during the ceremony they will have the opportunity to address the attendees.
In this event are invited the following: the mayors of the beneficiary municipalities, the donor community and representatives of the ministry.
The media will also have the opportunity to interview the participants after the ceremony.
