As part of the IPA II Cross-Border Cooperation Program Montenegro – Kosovo – Montenegro, financed by the European Union, a conference is held in Bijelo Polje, Montenegro, to present the project “ACT WISE, SAVE WATER” under the organization of the Kosovo Development Center – KDC in cooperation with partners, Bistrica Waterworks – Bijelo Polje and Hidrodrini Waterworks – Peja.
This project is funded as part of the Third Call for proposals of the Cross-Border Cooperation Program with Montenegro. In the conference participated and held their speeches the Mayor of the Municipality of Bijelo Polje of Montenegro, Mr. Petar Smolović, the representative of the Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Flurim Arifi – Deputy Director of the Department for Inter-Municipal and Cross-Border Cooperation, and from the Joint Secretariat for Technical Assistance, Mr. Gazmir Raci, while the project was presented by Mr. Bujar Nura from NGO KDC. From the Bistrica Waterworks, Mr. Marko Bulatovic, Technical Director, and from “Hidrodrini” Waterworks Mr. Agron Dreshaj – Technical Director, addressed the attendees, both of these companies are partners of this project.
