Minister Krasniqi signs agreements with the municipality of Klina, Shtime, Kamenica, Novoberdo and Gjilan as part of the CIF program

Minister of MLGA Elbert Krasniqi signed Memorandums of Understanding with the Mayor of the Municipality of Klina Zenun Elezaj as part of the inter-municipal cooperation, for the project “Regulation of the sidewalk and bicycle path with accompanying infrastructure, from the City of Klina up to the Peja-Prishtina crossroad”, the value of the project is €375,000.00, the co-financing from MLGA is in the amount of €130,000.00, while the amount of the co-financing from municipality for the year 2022 is €100,000.00 and for the year 2023 is €145,000.00.

Further on, Minister Krasniqi signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Mayor of Shtime, Qemajl Aliu as part of the inter-municipal cooperation, for the project “Regulation of the park in the village of Davidoc”, the value of the project is €174,966.02, the co-financing from MLGA is in the amount of €113,727.52, while the amount of co-financing from the municipality is €61,238.10.

Additionally, Minister Krasniqi signed Memorandums of Understanding with the Mayor of the Municipality of Kamenica, Kadri Rrahimaj and the Mayor of the Municipality of Novoberda Saša Milošević as part of the inter-municipal cooperation for the project “Lugu i verdhe/Green valley”, the value of the project is €399,960.40, MLGA co-finances in the amount of €299,960.40, the Municipality of Kamenica co-finances in the amount of €98,000.00 and the municipality of Novoberda in the amount of €2,000.00.

Finally, Minister Krasniqi signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Mayor of Gjilan Alban Hyseni, for the “Baja Park” project, which will be implemented this year in the amount of €249,989.50.

Such projects are a continuation of the work of MLGA with the aim of supporting municipalities, so that citizens have easier access to services.
