    Në Ndërtesën e Qeverisë (ish–Rilindja) është organizuar takimi i radhës me Zyrtarët Komunal për Integrime Evropiane për të diskutuar lidhur me:

    1) Prezantimi i Raportit për Zbatimin e Planit të Veprimit Komunal për Negocimin e Marrëveshjes së Stabilizim Asociimit Janar – Dhjetor 2013
    2) Finalizimi i Indikatorëve në Planin e Veprimit Komunal për MSA 2014
    3) Obligimet e komunave bazuar në PVMSA-në 2014
    4) Diskutim i hapur

    Udhëheqësja e DIE-së në MAPL znj. Venera Kosumi hapi takimin duke u dëshiruar mirëseardhje të pranishmëve. Më tej, znj. Kosumi theksoi se “Tek Raporti për zbatimin e Planit të Veprimit Komunal për NMSA-në 2013 duhet përmendur se komunat në përgjithësi kanë shënuar një progres të theksuar në çështjen e raportimit dhe ofrimit të të dhënave, përveç disa komunave për të cilat ende ka hapësirë për përmirësim. Ajo i përmendi dhe i shpjegoi radhazi pikat kryesore duke dhënë shifra kuantitative për secilën fushë si në “ qëllimin e raportit, forcimin e kapaciteteve të Administratës në nivelin lokal, nivelin dhe numrin e trajnimeve të ofruara nga komunat dhe ministritë, perfromancën e punonjësve civil, rritjen e besueshmërisë së dokumenteve të lëshuara nga komunat, të drejtat e njeriut dhe mbrojtja e minoriteteve, sigurimin e qasjes në arsim dhe luftimin e braktisjes së shkollimit, sektorin e bujqësisë, përmirësimin e infrastrukturës lokale dhe të transportit në zonat rurale, shfrytëzimin dhe menaxhimin e qëndrueshëm të pyjeve, auditimin e brendshëm, përmirësimin e politikave sociale dhe politikat e shëndet publik, fushën e mjedisit, programet e bashkëpunimit ndërkufitar etj”.
    Zyrtari për Standarde të BE-së z. Yll Valla në MAPL foli për  “Obligimet e komunave bazuar në PVMSA-në 2014”. Ai theksoi se fillimisht ky plan është miratuar në Qeverinë e Kosovës dhe së fundi para 2 ditësh është miratuar edhe nga Kuvendi i Kosovës. Nëse e krahasojmë PVMSA-në e vitit 2013 me atë të 2014 del të jetë se PVMSA-ja e vitit 2014 ka më shumë masa dhe veprime për tu përmbushur. Më tej, z. Valla prezantoi obligimet e komunave të cilat janë nxjerrë nga PVMSA-ja e vitit 2014, kështu duke shpjeguar veprimet për fushat me rëndësi. Ai theksoi se disa nga veprimet janë të përsëritura nga plani i vitit 2013 ndërkaq një pjesë e konsiderueshme e veprimeve janë shtuar me planin e ri.

    Zyrtarët Komunal për Integrime Evropiane u pajtuan me vlerësimet e dhëna nga zyrtarët e lartë të MAPL-së, si dhe shprehën pajtimin e tyre që takimet të mbahen në javën e fundit të çdo muaji. Po ashtu, ata u pajtuan që takimet të mbahen 1 muaj nga kolegjiumi për integrime evropiane dhe 1 muaj nga MAPL-ja. Gjithashtu, ZKIE-të vlerësuan takimin e mbajtur dhe theksuan që këto takime janë frytdhënëse dhe të mirëseardhura për neve. Ata u dakorduan që MAPL t’ju përcjell edhe njëherë përmes emailit Matricën e Planit të Veprimit për MSA-në 2014 me veprimet dhe indikatorët e përfshirë me qëllim të dhënies së kontributit të tyre në këtë matricë.
